While Inspired Nails has tried to accurately display the colors and finish of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may vary from the actual product.

Custom Designs and Photo Reproduction Products
You represent and warrant Inspired Nails that our use of materials submitted by you for the purpose of creating custom nail products does not and will not violate or infringe the rights (including copyright, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights and privacy and personality rights) of any other person or any laws.  You also represent that you have all the rights necessary to grant all rights and licenses for any materials submitted to Inspired Nails.

Mobile Services
If you access the Site via your mobile phone (through an iPhone application, for example), we do not charge for this access. Please be aware that your cell phone carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees or data charges, will still apply.

Applicable Law
This site is created and controlled by Inspired Nails in the State of Florida, U.S.A. As such, the laws of the State of Florida will govern these Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Inspired Nails reserves the right to make changes to its Web site and these Terms of Use at any time.

Children
Products are not intended for children under the age of 12 and may also constitute a choking hazard for children under the age of 3.  Keep nail products out of reach of young children.

General
Any claim or dispute between you and Inspired Nails that arises in whole or in part from the Site or Products shall be decided exclusively by a court located in Orange County, Florida. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Inspired Nails’ failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms of Use and all related documents be drawn up in English.  TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, YOU AND INSPIRED NAILS AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
