InspiredNails.com ships via USPS and FedEx.  If you have P.O. Box address, you must choose the USPS carrier option.  You will receive an email once your order has shipped.  There is no shipping charge for Gift Certificates as these are delivered to you (or the recipient) electronically via email.  Please be sure your address is entered correctly, including the city, state and zip code, to avoid shipping delays.

Processing Times
Most orders are shipped the next business day.  Please allow three business days for custom or personalized orders.  (Business days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of U.S. Federal Holidays.)

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  But if you are not satisfied for some reason, returns are accepted within 14 days from date package was received by you.  All returned items must be in original (new) condition with nails still attached to the base strip.  Customer pays return shipping.  Cost of product will be refunded in full.  The original shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Return of Custom or Personalized Products
Returns are not accepted on custom orders and personalized products unless we have made an error in creating the product.
